I purchased the NEXP30 back in September 2017First off I called up to make sure it wasn’t cheap Alibaba equipment Jason assured me only a couple of components where sourced there.Yet they send back there for repairs.The locating camera head didn’t get sent fist of all.When they sent me the Locating camera head it had silicon stuffed in holes on its face for its seal.The camera worked for a test run and one job now it does not work.it’s brand new literally used on site once and does not work.Now you tell me it needed a repair and are trying to charge me $120 freight from WA to QLD.

10/10, I looked at several (10) companies before choosing Beta Energy. Their Price was was best for what I wanted. Derrick was extremely helpful. Assisted with specific install requests and the post-setup of the Wifi router. The installers were excellent. Very professional and helpful. Even removed a satellite dish and brought down some loose roof tiles. Installed is neat and 10/10 - Couldn't be happier. Great company, great service, great installers.
